Company was established in April 2021 to take advantage of the transformation of companies from Analogue to Digital and their need for assistance in this area.
Managing Director Peter Houston is a Senior Insurance professional with a track record of successful change and transformation over 20 years. Focussing on improved customer service and cost reduction.
Peter has also provided advice and expertise on many change and advisory boards For example, London Market TOM (Target Operating Model) Board, Accord London Market Advisory Board and Chair of the IUA Process Efficiency Group.
